Questions, answered.
What can Repo Notify see in my repositories?
Only what you allow. It connects through a GitHub App with read-only access to pull requests and repository metadata, on the repositories you pick when you install it. It never reads or stores your code, and you can remove it from GitHub at any time.
What's in Pro?
Pro is for people watching a lot of code: up to 500 repositories and 50 digests instead of 25 and 5, and daily digests. Instant notifications, the moment a pull request needs you, are coming soon.
What's in Team?
Everything in Pro, plus unlimited team members sharing connections and digests, and priority support. Slack delivery is coming soon. Features marked Soon are included at no extra cost the day they launch.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period; downgrades credit the difference. You can also switch between monthly and yearly.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your connections and digests stay, but paid features stop applying: digests over the free limits pause until you remove some or upgrade again.
Who takes the payment?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Prices include VAT where it applies, and your receipts come from Paddle. If you change your mind, you can get a refund within 14 days of any payment.
